A plant that adds colour year round in the garden with its fleshy, glossy evergreen wine & green foliage. It is a ground hugging plant which produces spectacular hot cerise pink flowers in clusters in later spring.
A spreader (non invasive) which forms a mat which in the full sun over an edge/bank looks spectacular. It looks equally as good just anywhere else in the garden. Grows 5cm in height.
Drought reisitant, but does well with ample water too. Low maintenance - plant & forget.
An old fashioned plant, been about many years but not often seen.
