Ashton Glen Nursery takes care to have all plants sold by them to be true to name and description, to the best of their knowledge.  Ashton Glen Nursery shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods during delivery to the purchaser.   Any goods damaged during delivery must be notified to the last shipping Courier immediately.  Any orders canceled after payment will incur a $5 cancellation fee (to cover admin and bank & credit card processing fees incurred by the Nursery).
