If your item gets damaged in transit, please firstly lodge your claim with NZ Post first with photographic evidence, consignment number and your full name and address plus contact details.
Please advise if the item you wish to return has been opened/used?
Please send photos of the opened item you wish to return.
We are unable to refund if you have changed your mind; though your item might be eligible for a store credit.
Items must be in the original packaging received and return will be at your own cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please understand before purchasing that live plants are a perishable product. We endeavour to pack well and have faith that the couriers have for many years delivered our plants quickly and without problems nationwide.
