Ashton Glen Nursery takes care to have all plants sold by them to be true to name and description, to the best of their knowledge. Ashton Glen Nursery shall not be liable for any loss, damage or deterioration to the goods during delivery to the purchaser. Any goods damaged during delivery must be notified to the last carrier immediately and to Ashton Glen Nursery within 5 working days of the goods arrival for a credit to be given. Any orders cancelled after payment has been made will incurr a $5 cancellation fee (to cover admin and bank & credit card processing fees incurred by the Nursery).
