Beautiful white plumes in summer. A magnificent Astilbe.
He looks his best plotted in a shady, moist abode.
Grows 40cm. Flower spikes can reach 80cm.
I'm not sure how such a beautiful plant got the common name Goat's Beard—it seems to me to be a disservice to a magnificent plant.
