Hosta Golden Tiara

A small and compact Hosta, growing only 30cm in height. The small heart-shaped and slightly shiny leaves are lime green with a yellow edge which grow in a mound. Lavender lily-like flowers appear in summer.
 

Excellent for edging. Suitable also for planting in mixed containers or pots or just wonderful planted in large drifts. Wherever it is planted the bright yellow-limey green foliage sets quite a splash of colour.
Hosta go completely dormant for the winter. They can easily be divided in either spring or autumn, but plants may also be left alone for years.
 

Hosta like a moist rich soil. Prefer partial shade and being protected from the heat of the day.
