Doesn't smell at all! Not sure why that name really came about.
An interesting plant with leathery leaves and nodding, green, cup-shaped flowers, the petals of which are tipped purple.
Grows 60-90cm in a nice clump.
This is a real favorite of mine because it is a little different and flowers during all those cold months. The seed pods are decorative and so it looks good all year round.
Easy to grow and will tolerate many garden sites, but does not like a spot that is too dry however as it can become tatty during the summer months.
